Welcome

Joel R. Francisco graduated in Fine Arts at Far Eastern University and worked for several years as a Bench Philippines designer. Design graphics for Morning Star NY, 2009, and member of SPAA since 2019, and had earlier group exhibitions around NYC.  He is also a performing artist who manages a band.
